| If for any reason you are not happy with your Snug Tuck Pillow, please return the product in its original packaging for a full refund including original shipping and handling (S&H) within 30 days of receiving the product. If you are not happy with the fabric color, we will be pleased to exchange covers. The customer will be charged for the shipping only.
Express and Rush orders will be refunded the standard or ground value of shipping. We do not refund the shipping charges for returning the pillow.
